Stratom Inc, is actively seeking a Multi-Discipline / All-Source Intelligence Analyst to provide intelligence and forensic expertise as a member of an OCUNS deployed team and as CONUS reachback support.
Our hire will provide exploitation and asymmetric threat analysis including the identification,
development and integration of countermeasure technologies. Provide multi-intelligence analysis and fusion in support of counter-IED efforts and operations executed by committed war-fighting units, integrating existing national-level products and databases to provide an enhanced level of information support. Conduct multi-layered, multi-intelligence analysis to define patterns of IED network activity in order to narrow the search space to conduct C-IED operations. Provide intelligence targeting support products and reach-back support to forward deployed elements as required.
Position will require periodic travel throughout CONUS and periodic six-month deployments to OCONUS locations.
An ideal candidate will have 10 years military experience, recent combat deployments, and will be well versed in all areas of military intelligence.
Intelligence analysis experience is defined as hands on experience conducting real world intelligence operations.
Education & Experience
- Candidate must be a US Citizen in order to obtain and maintain an interim and final security clearance (TS/SCI).
- Medically deployable.
- TO BE HIRED AS A SENIOR – Masters Degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree and 18 years of relevant experience, or 22 years of relevant experience.
- TO BE HIRED AS A JOURNEYMAN – Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years relevant experience, Associates Degree and 7 years relevant experience, or 9 years relevant experience.
- Must be willing to work rotating shifts as required
- Experience working C-IED and/or Asymmetric threat analysis including counter facilitation.
- Previous deployment experience providing intelligence support to Attack the Network or Counter Terrorism operations.
- Targeting experience
- Able to work independently with some government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
This is a 12-Month, (up to) 50% deployed OCONUS position
