BOULDER, COLORADO, June 14, 2010 – Stratom now has some extra fighting power in its corner. CSM Thomas Gonzalez will be leading the company in its expansion efforts as the newly appointed VP of Corporate Development.

Gonzalez recently retired from the United States Army after 25 years of service. He most recently served as Brigade CSM in the 71st Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group at Fort Carson, Colorado. Gonzalez’s years of experience as a Senior Enlisted Advisor for the Joint Improvised Explosives Device Defeat Organization (JIEDDO) Center of Excellence will prove invaluable to Stratom as they continue to commercialize products in support of the Warfighter.
Gonzalez has an impressive academic record that includes a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Regis University in Denver and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin, Whitewater where he focused on finance and strategic management. He also has a master’s degree in Diplomacy from Norwich University in Vermont and is currently in the process of finishing his PhD in International Studies and Development from the University of Southern Mississippi.
